#2. When you can't shake that feeling of a dark cloud over your head and you don't feel quite like your normal self, but you don't know why because you're not sad or depressed and your life is coasting along, it could be someone else's emotional baggage you picked up, such as from an emotionally needy person (including customers/clientele), or from a stranger in a bad mood that you had a brief exchange with, who perhaps shot darts at you with a flicker in the eye. Normally it would bounce off you --bounce off your protective barrier known as the aura-- but a subtle energy intrusion can get through when the personal boundaries you set are caught off-guard. A mind-body aura balancing session taps into what allowed that negativity to get through, which is usually based in an experience you'd forgotten about --even an inconsequential one-- but it had left a dormant negative imprint in your aura that attracted a similar negative charge from someone else and turned it on. As a shamanic practitioner, I guide your awareness to this imprint and remove the charge from the aura. The self-awareness you gain from it can assist you in figuring out what aspects in your life need attention.

#4. When your aura is cleared, there's an energetic opening for you to pursue your goals with more ease. When you absorb the negative energy of negativity around you, it clouds the light you beam out around you. Getting your aura and chakras cleared of the negativity, makes it's easier for people to see you in a positive light. That's aura illumination.
The reason a session can be done from a distance is because shamanism communicates outside of space and time as we know it. This isn't a far-fetched concept when you stop and think about your own experience outside of space and time: on the Internet. The Internet exists in intangible space. The past and present play out simultaneously over it, such as on Youtube --and people on it affect your mood from a distance on a screen. And just like you can be triggered by someone not in the same room as you, such as in a phone call, you can be rebalanced shamanically over a video session.
