What do you want to shed? Bring your answers to an aura clearing session to clear out the the impressions and restore the depleted etheric energy in your chakras.
#1. What do you want to shed? Trees shed their leaves after they've transferred all the nutrients from the leaves down into their roots for energy through winter. How is your emotional energy reserve? Do you feel like that lone leaf hanging on to a branch all winter? Or are you feeling grounded and nourished emotionally? Ask yourself: What am I still holding onto energetically that is over? What impressions from negative experiences from last season, haven't I shaken off like leaves off a tree? Bring your answers to a session with me, to clear out the negative energy imprints and restore depleted etheric energy to your chakras and aura.
#2. When you can't shake that feeling of a dark cloud over your head and you don't feel quite like your normal self, but you don't know why because you're not sad or depressed and your life is coasting along, it could be someone else's emotional baggage you picked up, such as from an emotionally needy person (including customers/clientele), or from a stranger in a bad mood that you had a brief exchange with, who perhaps shot darts at you with a flicker in the eye. Normally it would bounce off you --bounce off your protective barrier known as the aura-- but a subtle energy intrusion can get through when the personal boundaries you set are caught off-guard. An aura clearing session taps into what allowed that negativity to get through, which is usually based in an experience you'd forgotten about --even an inconsequential one-- but it had left a dormant negative imprint in your aura that attracted a similar negative charge from someone else and turned it on. As a shamanic practitioner, I guide your awareness to this imprint and remove the charge from the aura. The self-awareness you gain from it can assist you in figuring out what aspects in your life need attention.
#3. Break free of other people's expectations. Emma Watson said in British Vogue (Nov. 2019) that she's self-partnered at the moment. And just like that she rose above the stigma of staying single. Anyone who's ever been single knows how it feels when people ask questions. I'm trained to clear chakras & the auric field of negative energy, such as other people's judgements of you. It can help you shed the stigma of being single so that you'll be more content in your own skin, and more confident with choosing what's right for you at this moment in your life, rather than what everyone else expects you to want.
Shai is at Pome Mindfulness in Vancouver, but you can be anywhere because sessions are done by distance over a video call.
